I am one very happy customer as you have both gone beyond my expectations. You not only provided a great service but also great support when my husband was seriously ill. You kept in touch and I never once felt neglected which for me is a great experience from a customer point of view. You both went out of your way to make me comfortable and settled well and you took my placement personally and this meant a lot to me as it made me feel that I was in safe hands.

First of all, let me tell you I was very discouraged and did not want to come to SA but you and Lynne were very supportive not only emotionally but also to accommodate all my specifications in term of relocation to SA

During the orientation visit, Lara showed the major points of our surrounds, both on leisure, healthcare and lifestyle. I had a few questions about the culture and daily life in SA and she gives us great tips on security, daily life etc.

I am very satisfied with the support, you and Lynne have been very important in our transfer and adaption process here in South Africa!!

I am trying to choose the correct English word to describe my satisfaction with your services and I guess it should be “delightful”. Apart from the fact you being such a nice and lovely person, the level of professionalism you put into this was excellent. Your approach the way you guided, the way you supported were incredible. Always thinking in my shoes and defending my rights more than me is something I did not see much when I was looking four houses in my personal past life.
